A Signal in the Noise?

This project is a work in progress that aims to quantify whether corporate insider stock transactions might be a forward-looking indicator of stock performance down the road. I scrape the SEC's EDGAR database of insider trading declarations, keeping a metaphorical eye out for large purchases or sales of stock.
